(SEDPI). It aims to catalyze inclusive economic growth by providing transformative training, capacity building, consultancy, and research for stakeholders in the nanoenterprise ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration builds on over two decades of joint work in microfinance and social entrepreneurship. By combining Ateneo\u2019s academic excellence and SEDPI\u2019s on-the-ground expertise, Ateneo-SEDPI NEDP addresses the evolving needs of the country\u2019s smallest business units\u2014nanoenterprises\u2014and the organizations that support them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ateneo-SEDPI NEDP offers integrated capacity-building interventions to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nanoentrepreneurs and small business owners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff and officers of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), cooperatives, NGOs, and social enterprises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government workers and community development advocates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseas Filipinos and their families<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students and young professionals interested in inclusive finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through in-person, online, and field-based learning modalities, Ateneo-SEDPI NEDP delivers practical, evidence-based solutions to build stronger institutions and improve the lives of underserved communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Components<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Capacity-Building and Training Courses<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide both public and customized training programs on topics such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Innovations in NanoEnterprise Development and Microfinance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delinquency Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk management and audit systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership and Supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial Literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Courses are delivered in face-to-face, online, or blended formats, and use interactive adult learning methodologies to make training engaging, relevant, and immediately applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>NanoEnterprise Development Management Program<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizations seeking long-term institutional strengthening can avail of our management consulting services.
