of progressively responsible experience in development finance, banking, financial services, or multi-site operations management\n                        <\/li>\n\n                        <li>\n                            At least three (5) years of experience supervising managers or multiple operational units\n                        <\/li>\n\n                        <li>\n                            Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, operational excellence, and executive leadership\n                        <\/li>\n\n                        <li>\n                            Strong leadership, coaching, strategic thinking, and organizational development skills\n                        <\/li>\n\n                        <li>\n
