It equips organizations to perform the training cycle from planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation. Trainer guides of all materials and teaching aids are developed and provided to participants. ToTs are effective means of knowledge, skills and technology transfer from SEDPI-Ateneo to participants and partner organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Attendance in the course may be credited towards an Ateneo Diploma in Microfinance.
