Conflict is deemed inevitable in organizations. As such, participants must have an understanding of conflicts and learn how to manage them. Manager\u2019s human resource function of enforcing of rewards and penalties on their subordinates will be strengthened with the training course. One of the activities will be a workshop on writing memos.
