He was an Associate Professor who taught <em>Human Behavior in Organizations<\/em> and <em>Strategic Human Resource Management<\/em> at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). As consultant of the AIM-TEaM Energy Center for Bridging Societal Divides, he participated in training educators and leaders all over the Philippines in the art of <em>Bridging Leadership<\/em>. Juan holds a PhD in Organization Development from the Southeast Asian Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI).
