Emilenn Kate Sacdalan-Pate\u00f1o\u00a0or Dimples is the Chief Executive Officer of the Social Enterprise Development Partnerships, Inc. (SEDPI). She holds a Masters\u2019\u00a0Degree in International Community Economic Development with a Microfinance Track from\u00a0Southern New Hampshire University; and a double degree in Development Studies and Economics and a minor in Development Management from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has two decades of\u00a0experience in the fields of microfinance, social entrepreneurship, and financial literacy from SEDPI, particularly in the aspects of credit investment operations and management of microfinance schemes.\u00a0She was also a lecturer at the Development Studies Program of the Ateneo de Manila University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pioneer member of SEDPI, Dimples has provided technical assistance, training, and mentoring to microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and development organizations across Asia and Africa. She has delivered more than 50 training courses and conducted numerous organizational appraisals and research projects in partnership with international donor agencies, government institutions, and civil society organizations. Her grassroots communication skills, combined with her rigorous data analysis capabilities, allow her to turn field insights into actionable strategies that improve the delivery of pro-poor financial services.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Beyond her role at SEDPI, Dimples serves as a board member of various affiliated institutions. Her deep commitment to inclusive development, combined with strong leadership and operational expertise, has made her a respected figure in the social development field. Whether designing financial literacy programs for overseas Filipinos or developing value-chain strategies for rural communities, Dimples remains grounded in her mission to uplift lives through sustainable and community-centered solutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
