The Socialized Housing Forum builds on the momentum of the 2024 Socialized Housing Summit, which convened leaders from government, private development, finance, and civil society to surface structural constraints in housing delivery. Key themes that emerged included the need for streamlined permitting processes, stronger public–private partnerships, improved financing mechanisms, and better alignment across agencies.
The objective of the summit is to present current housing realities, share implementation experiences, examine regulatory challenges, and generate policy and practice recommendations to advance socialized housing delivery.
