SEDPI Coop Membership and Registration
What are the benefits of SEDPI Coop membership?
As a SEDPI Coop associate member, you may gain access to savings products such as Socially Responsible Investments (SRIs). Not only will you earn from the SRIs but also from SEDPI Coop dividends. You can also avail SEDPI remittance services for Pag-IBIG and SSS.

How do I become a member of SFI and SEDPI Coop membership?
To register as SEDPI Coop member and participate in joint ventures, please register and take the PMES through this link:
After gawin ang PMES, may email confirmation and instruction pong marereceive on how to settle the membership fee and share capital for SEDPI Coop. Once settled na ito, pwede na kayong mamili ng SEDPI SRI na gustong salihan at magdeposit ng initial investment.
How much is the SEDPI Coop membership fee and share capital?
SEDPI Coop share capital for is at PhP1,000 per share. Upon membership, an Associate Member should pay at least 1 share.
SEDPI Socially Responsible Investments (SRIs)
What are SRIs?
Sir Vince Rapisura established SEDPI Group of Social Enterprises in 2004. It provides opportunities for social investments through joint ventures. Socially responsible investment (SRI) ang tawag dito. SRI is also known as impact investing where investments are made to companies, organizations and funds with the intention to generate a measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return. The proceeds are used to invest in a well-selected portfolio of debt and equity securities through joint ventures; mostly to microfinance institutions and social enterprises operating in the Philippines, as well as small scale real estate projects. This is designed to accommodate small social investors seeking capital appreciation and positive social impact.

What is profit and loss share between SEDPI and investor?
Profit and loss sharing involves sharing of risk and profits between the parties. Shared profit and losses is one of the basic elements constituting a joint venture. SRIs are joint ventures, wherein the investor and SEDPI are the parties with the contractual relationship that share in the specific and identifiable and intangible profits and losses. Sa SRI, may 70/30 percent of profit and share loss between investors and SEDPI, respectively.

How do I start investing in SRI?
Thank you for your interest in SEDPI SRI. To register, please go to https://www.vincerapisura.com/sri/login and click the REGISTER tab. You will receive an email confirmation and login details trough your registered email shortly.
Go back to https://www.vincerapisura.com/sri/login and click LOGIN to view your SRI Online dashboard. On your dashboard, you may now do the following: View available SRI OPTIONS. Submit your proof of deposit (INFORM DEPOSIT) to participate in your chosen SRI. Submit REINVEST request (from wallet to available SRI) View your requests and transactions Download and print your Statement of Account.
Before joining an SRI, please be reminded of the following: 1. All SEDPI investors are required to take the Pre membership Education Seminar for SEDPI Coop before you can join SEDPI SRIs bit.ly/sedpicoop-pmes 2. All SEDPI members are required to settle the 100php annual membership fee 3. SEDPI investors are required to avail up to 4 SEDPI Coop shares. SEDPI coop shares are at 1000php per share. 4. Your participation in SRI might be placed on hold or floating status and will only be placed in your chosen SRI upon accomplishment of the PMES and fees.

SEDPI Virtual Wallet or SEDPI Coop Pitaka
What are SEDPI virtual wallet and SEDPI Coop pitaka savings?
SEDPI Virtual wallet and SEDPI Coop Pitaka Savings are the same. Dito magrereflect ang contribution at capital payout na marereceive from the SRIs. You can deposit and park your funds in the wallet while waiting for other SRIs to open for ease of reinvestment.
Funds placed in the SEDPI Virtual wallet/ SEDPI Coop Pitaka Savings do not earn dividends. Para kumita, kailangan itong ireinvest sa active SRI.
How do I reinvest from wallet to SRI?
Minimum of Php10,000 ang required wallet balance para makapag reinvest sa Working Capital JV at Share Capital JV. Php100,000 naman para sa Rental Property JV.

- Login to SRI online https://www.vincerapisura.com/sri/login.
- On your dashboard, click “Reinvest” button.
- Click field under “Enter Request Date”. Pick current date, then click “Select”.
- Enter amount (enter digits only, do not include space or comma). It should not exceed amount in your “My Wallet”
- Choose org where you want to reinvest under “Saan Mo Gustong Mag-Invest?”
5.1. For Membership Fee (PhP100), choose MEM
5.2. For SEDPI COOP Share Capital (PhP1000), choose SEDPI COOP
5.3. Available SRI Options are also included under the dropdown menu. - Click “Submit Reinvestment” once all fields are completed.
- If you want to submit reinvestment request, click “Yes, upload it!” when asked, “Submit reinvestment? Are you sure?”. Otherwise, click “Cancel”.
- You will see the message “Done! Your data has been saved. Please click View Account Again” when submission was successful. Click “Ok”. Click screen to go back to your dashboard.
- Click “View My Transactions” button. You should see your transaction under the category where you reinvested your funds.
How do I reinvest from wallet to SSS/Pag-IBIG?
SSS and PAGIBIG are separate entities from SEDPI. To transfer your wallet funds from SEDPI wallet to SSS/PAGIBIG, you’ll need to request for a withdrawal. Applicable withdrawal fees shall apply if the fund in your wallet is still within the 2yr holding period.

SEDPI Deposit
What is a deposit?
A deposit is the fund deposited/transferred to SEDPI bank accounts intended to pay for SEDPI services, participate in SRIs and SSS/Pag-IBIG contributions.
What is the process for payment deposit?

Inform Deposit Instructions:
If one deposit is composed of multiple transactions (example: payment is PhP11100, but PhP100 is for membership fee, PhP1000 for share capital, PhP10000 for SSM), you should inform deposit per transaction. Amount indicated (under step 4) should be the amount allotted for the org where payment will be applied (under step 9).
1. Login to SRI online https://www.vincerapisura.com/sri/login 2. On your dashboard, click “Inform Deposit” button. 3. Click field under “Enter Date”. Then click “Select”. 4. Enter amount (enter digits only, do not include space or comma). 5. Enter bank name and bank account # of source account 6. Enter bank name and bank account # of destination account 7. Choose file of proof of payment that you will upload under receipt. Then click “Open”. 8. Indicate transaction reference # 9. Choose org where payment will be applied 9.1. b. Select “”Manage Recipients.””
c. Click on “”Add new recipient”” and Select Biller as the type of recipient.
d. Type SEDPI under biller and “”SEDPI development Finance, Inc. SDFI”” should appear in the drop down menu. Select this.
e. Input your reference number which is your membership ID. This could be found when you login at SEDPI SRI online. The membership ID usually starts with the first letter of your first name and last name. If you can’t find this, input the first letter of your first name and last name followed by a dash then the date today in this format YYMMDD. Example: VR-220322.
f. Click “”Next”” and then click “”Confirm”” to confirm the details of your enrollment.
g. You will receive your One-Time PIN (OTP) via your registered mobile phone in BPI. Enter the OTP then select “”Submit.”” SEDPI/SDFI should already be enrolled as biller.
Once done, click enrollment done below. Remit via BPI online biller (website or app).
a. Go to Payments/Load and select Pay Bills
b. Under Pay To, select SEDPI or SDFI as it appears in.
c. Under notes, write the relevant transaction. (e.g. membership fee and share capital; or the SRI code you want to participate in)
d. Click next. review your transaction and then click confirm.
If successful, click remittance done for next instruction.
ECPay
For ECPay partners, inform the partner merchant that the biller is SEDPI under loans category in their system. ECPay partners include pawnshops, dugstores, groceries etc. – look for the ECPay logo in their premises.

Deposit validation fee applies if you chose to use payment channels/options other than the once provided. Deposit validation fee is Php100 per transaction.
How long is the deposit validation?
Deposit validation usually takes up to 14 business days.
SEDPI Reinvest
What is reinvest or reinvestment?
To reinvest/reinvestment is to assign your wallet funds or funds from your current org to a different org. Pwedeng magreinvest sa mga active SRIS, o gamitin ang funds para sa SSS/PAGIBIG contributions.

SEDPI Withdrawal
What is a 2-year holding period?
A 2-year holding period applies to all new deposits made to SEDPI and payouts gained from those deposits. This is to encourage the members to complete the term of the joint venture and get the full experience of investing in an SRI. This also protects SEDPI and the investors from fees since partial and premature withdrawal of capital from Coops and other partner organizations are not allowed.
What are withdrawal fees?
SEDPI and the investors placed a pooled funds in the Coop/Org where partial withdrawal of capital is not allowed. Withdrawal fees are used to cover surcharges implicated by early withdrawal of your investment from the joint venture.
Withdrawal fee is 3% of the total amount withdrawn and shall only apply if the withdrawn fund is still covered by the 2-year holding period.

What if withdrawal details need to be changed after confirmation of details?
To avoid delays, please ensure that all fields for personal and bank details are all filled out and are correct. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the withdrawal request, please check it thoroughly.
If there is a need for correction, login immediately to your SRI online dashboard, go to pending tab and delete your invalid withdrawal request. You will need to resubmit your withdrawal request on the Vince Rapisura page messenger with the corrections.
Is there a withdrawal details correction fee? How much?
A service fee of PhP100 shall apply when the member requests for a change of bank details and information AFTER the request has been processed, and if the transaction was reversed to us due to incorrect information provided. This will be deducted from the amount to be deposited to your account.
Certificate of Deposit and/or Statement of Account
What is a certificate of deposit?
A certificate of deposit is a detailed statement of account and is issued as requested by the member for supporting document purposes.
Is there a certificate of deposit fee?
A PhP300 document fee is applicable per request.
What is a statement of account?
A Statement of Account is a record of all your transactions with SEDPI which includes deposits, joint venture participation, withdrawals, remittances to SSS/Pag-IBIG etc.
How to view statement of account?
To view your investments and transactions, you may login to https://vincerapisura.com/sri/login
To update your password, click forget password on the login page.
How to print statement of account?
A copy of your statement of account can be downloaded from your SRI Online dashboard. Simply click on the printer icon.
Dividend Payout
What is dividend payout?
Ang dividend payout ay ang kita na matatanggap ng member galing sa SRI joint venture na kanyang sinalihan.

What is account closure?
Account closure is the intent to delete your SEDPI account.
Fees
SEDPI Coop membership fee and share capital
- SEDPI Coop annual membership fee is PhP100 for SRI balance of < 100,000, and PhP500 for ≥ 100,000.
- Associate members (investors) can avail up to 4 shares at PhP1,000 per share – PhP1,000 (minimum) to PhP4,000 (maximum)
Deposit validation fee
- FREE – if deposits are made through the provided payment channel options
- PhP100 – if deposits are made through channels other than provided
Certificate of deposit fee
PhP300 per request
Withdrawal fee
- FREE – if withdrawn amount is beyond the 2-year holding period
- 3% of the total withdrawn amount – if the funds are still within the 2-year holding period
Withdrawal details correction fee
- FREE – if invalid withdrawal request is deleted and corected immediately before processing
- PhP100 – if the correction was made AFTER it was processed and the funds were reversed and needs to redeposit
SSS through SEDPI
What SSS transactions can I course through SEDPI?
SEDPI is a registered collections agent ng SSS. We can assist to remit your monthly contributions to SSS.
Can I register to SSS through SEDPI?
Unfortunately, no. SSS accepts registration and request to update member’s data profile through their branch offices and online, and can only be requested by the member or account holder.
